Know-how transferred on a continual basis
In addition to the professional training courses, Egis takes advantage of the knowledge sharing and capitalisation practices implemented in some of its subsidiaries.
The group’s Technical and Innovation Department organises and coordinates these knowledge management measures.
Tutors assist in transferring skills within the framework of integration, internal promotion or expert development processes.
