In 2006, the group bolstered its credibility as a service integrator and operator on new operations and also paved the way to the future by strengthening its investment capabilities and developing innovative operating concepts, particularly through the creation of Egis Investment Partners.
Egis possesses expertise in the areas of electronic toll collection and traffic management, and has particular experience in Ireland and Canada. In Ireland and the Philippines, the group is also developing the "Easytrip" services integration concept consisting of payment collection, information, user assistance, information and data collection (traffic, weather, motorway conditions) services for a range of operators.
