Recognised innovations:
- ESPADA, an innovative, integrated floodwater forecast, prevention and management system implemented by Egis for the city of Nîmes, has received the 2006 Grand Prix National de l'Ingénierie (French National Engineering Prize) awarded by the Minister for Equipment.
- SAGACE, Egis Mobilité's management aid system for complex operating situations, was awarded the 2006 World Road Association's (AIPCR-France) 1st prize in the "Construction, maintenance and operations" category.
Patented innovation developed with our industrial partners:
- An effective, simple-to-implement and high-performance procedure to strengthen energy transmission towers, a need which was highlighted by the 1999 winter storm, adopted by France's Réseau de Transport d'Electricité (Electricity Transmission Network).
- UNIBRIDGE : A new type of temporary prefabricated metal bridge, allowing spans of up to 48m, and able to be set up in a day. This procedure received a 1st Prize Award from France's Fédération Nationale des Travaux Publics (National Public Works Federation).
Advanced project optimisation methods:
- For the management of complex projects, the interface management method is aimed at eliminating all sources of reduced technical efficiency and disputes
- Of direct use for the customer, who makes major savings (15 to 20% according to our three most recent projects) from the complex rail project cost optimisation method.
We have developed a wide range of other innovations which can be integrated into our offers.
