An investment in professional training

With an investment in more than 50,000 hours of training each year, professional training is one of the levers of our development policy.

In addition to the business-specific training which is provided at each subsidiary with the expertise of internal trainers, Egis has invested heavily in recent years in the development of cross-function skills which cannot be separated from technical know-how: training and certification for project managers, training for the ancillary practice of law, sales management, team management, language training, and more.

Constant transmission of knowledge

Working closely with the knowledge management systems, several Egis companies use a network of tutors to facilitate the transfer of skills as part of employees' initiation, internal promotion or different core competencies. Propelled by the business communities and the large number of planned hires, these "field" training practices are set to be generalised over the next few years.
