Abidjan wins the Routes Africa Marketing Award 2018


At the ceremony held on July 17th during Routes Africa in Accra (Ghana), Abidjan Airport won the "Under 4 million passengers" Routes Marketing Award.

Abidjan Airport, with the involvement of Egis has built since years a global strategy towards Routes Development.

The airlines relations are the centre of this strategy which is possible thanks to efficient and collaborative work of entire dedicated team, managed by Gwenvael Ronsin-Hardy, Egis Airport Operation Senior Routes Development Manager, and Ilham Marichal, Head of Terminals and Commercial Activity & Marketing in Abidjan Airport.

The best evidence of Successful Routes Development Actions since last several years is that the annual compound traffic growth rate reached 17% since 2012 and there were 16 new established routes to Lisbon, Newark-New York, Algiers, Paris Orly, Nouakchott, Pointe Noire, N’Djamena, Niamey, Kinshasa, Freetown, Freetown, Abuja, San Pedro, Man, Bouake, Korhogo, Odienne.
