The concession company BETPL (Bangalore Elevated Tollway Private Limited) has awarded the contract for the toll operation of the National Highway NH-215 to Egis for eight years.
The NH-215 is a 10 kilometers (6,2 miles) long elevated highway connecting Madiwala to Electronic City in Bangalore, India. The project is a part of the 24 Km project highway on Bangalore – Hosur section of NH-44. This road link, one of the most popular in Bangalore, improves the connectivity of the Electronic City, home to some of the Global IT companies to the City.
Egis shall operate the four toll plazas with 33 lanes.
The Project is also part of “Golden Quadrilateral”, the most prestigious National Highway Development Programme undertaken by Government of India.
The concession company BETPL, a subsidiary of the leading road infrastructure company - Highway Concessions One Pvt. Ltd., awarded this toll operation contract to Egis till the end of concession period in July 2026.
