Egis opens to traffic the first PPP motorway in Austria

On 29th January 2010, Egis, within the concession company Bonaventura, opened to traffic the first Austrian PPP motorway project in the presence of the State Minister of Lower Austria, Dr. Erwin Pröll.
This 51-kilometre project includes several sections located on the A5 motorway between Vienna and the Czech Republic.
Egis won in December the concession of three airports in Congo

The Congolese Government signed on December 14th, 2009 with the Egis group, the contract of concession for development, operation and maintenance of the Brazzaville, Pointe Noire and Ollombo airports.
Egis Avia (through its subsidiary SEGAP, owned with Marseille Provence’s Chamber of Commerce) and Egis Projects will be technical partners and main shareholders of the concession company AERCO (Airports of the Republic of Congo).
Egis acquires a second Polish company: Biprogeo Projekt

At the beginning of December, Egis finalised the purchase of the Polish company Biprogeo Projekt, specialised in design of infrastructure and urban road networks. Biprogeo Projekt will be 100% owned by Egis Poland.
