Project overview

Located near to Saint-Tropez, conceived and designed by the world-famous designer Philippe Starck, this Lily of the Valley hotel is tucked away in the Cap Lardier protected reserve, a green oasis on the Riviera. Blending perfectly into the environment between sky and sea, boasting an exceptional panoramic view of the Hyères islands, it looks onto the wild beach of Gigaro which is one of the largest in the region.

The project, headed by Egis and which kicked off in November 2017 with the demolition of the former Souleias hotel, resulted in the emergence of a new hotel complex made up of nine separate buildings:

  • A combined facilities building with restaurant, kitchen, indoor and outdoor bars and the hotel administration (reception, luggage room, shop, etc.);
  • A Spa & Wellness village with a swimming pool, gym and treatment rooms and steam rooms;
  • Six buildings offering a total of 44 rooms;
  • A technical building;
  • A landscaped garden safeguarding local plants and tree species, in a listed heritage location.
