Project overview

Established on the Pont d’Issy site opposite Île Saint Germain on the River Seine, Bridge is a plan for two buildings marking the perimeter of a pedestrian public space: a new office building and a restored “Eiffel-style” covered market.

This ambitious project, designed by the architecture firm Jean-Paul Viguier et Associés for Altarea Cogedim, will be delivered at the end of 2020. The investors are Altarea Cogedim and Crédit Agricole Assurances. It aims to bring together various teams including those of Orange’s head office on the same premises.

The main building, rising seven stories and spanning 15,000 m², opens onto the town with a totally transparent facade that will draw full benefit from natural light.
