The concession for the A63 between Salles and Saint-Geours-de-Maremne

The upgrading of the RN10 motorway across Les Landes will transform a 105km section of the RN10 into a 2 x 3-lane motorway between Salles, Gironde, and Saint-Geours-de-Maremne, Les Landes.

Project overview

The contract has a term of 40 years, and includes the design, development, widening and addition of tolls, as well as the financing, operating and maintenance of this motorway section.

The current RN10 motorway will be brought up to environmental and highway standards and expanded to 2X3 lanes to improve safety and service to users.

Work began in 2011 for tolling in 2014.

Egis is the project developer, a shareholder in the concession company, responsible for the installation of fixed operating equipment (toll systems, telecommunications and traffic management) and sole shareholder of the company responsible for operation and maintenance.
