Project overview

The city has decided to introduce a light rail system into its transport network. A feasibility study recommended a network made up of three lines.

It considered as a priority a 14 km line running from north to south. Its construction involved three civil engineering structures: a viaduct and two rail underpasses, one of which is a tunnel approach. The extension of this first line by 3.5 km is already under consideration.
