Project overview

The approach adopted in developing Egis' proposal was to “adapt to the site rather than impose on the site”. Urbanisation that is as un-intrusive as possible is envisaged, designed to reveal and enhance the region's landscape. Covering an area of 3,000 hectares, the built areas alternate with green spaces and the whole is ringed by a road running along the fringe of the forest.

Our missions
