Sabine Bonnard has been appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Sabine is a member of the Group General Management Committee and the Group Executive Committee. Her appointment will be effective as of 27 August 2019.
After holding the position of Human Resources Manager in the Icade and Randstad Groups, Sabine Bonnard joined the Egis Group in 2004 where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for several Egis companies. In 2013, she was appointed Talent Development Officer in the Group's Human Resources Department. Since 2017, she has held the position of Senior VP Human Resources.
On 26 August, James Chopty joined the Group as Deputy CEO for International Affairs. He sits on the Executive Committee and the General Management Committee.
James Chopty, a Canadian national, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He has spent most of his career in energy companies with a strong international dimension, with positions based in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Congo-Brazzaville and South Africa. Before joining Egis, he was Executive Vice President for Energy, Resources and Industry in Canada at the engineering company WSP.
As of 6 September, Renaud Béziade, currently Group Chief Business Development Officer, will be appointed Executive Director of the Project Structuring, Operation, New Services BU. He is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
After a role with the European Commission as a Technical Adviser in Ethiopia, Renaud Béziade joined the Group in 1995 where he successively held the functions of Project Manager for BCEOM, Concession Project Director for Egis Projects, Airport Development Director and Acquisitions Director for Egis S.A. (2006-2009), Senior VP then CEO of Egis Mobilités, Senior VP of Egis France and lastly Group Key Accounts Director (2011). Since 2013, he has held the position of the Group's Chief Business Development Officer.
