Pierre-Yves Massille has joined the Egis Group in the position of Chief Investor Relations and Transformation Officer, reporting to CEO Laurent Germain. In this capacity, he joins the Group's Executive Committee. He took up the position on 6 July 2020.
Pierre-Yves Massille is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique), and a member of the Corps of INSEE.
In 2013, he joined the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, Public Action and Accounts (ministère de l’Economie et des Finances, de l’Action et des Comptes Publics), in the Budget Department, as deputy head initially of the housing policy bureau and subsequently of the transport policy bureau. There, he provided strategic and financial support to a large portfolio of French public companies and structural infrastructure projects such as the RATP Group, Société du Grand Paris, Voies navigables de France, the Seine-Nord Europe canal project, the ports of Paris and Strasbourg, etc. At the same time, Pierre-Yves Massille taught mathematics at IPESUP, a private institute that prepares students for entrance examinations to the Grandes Ecoles, and in public finance at Sciences Po.
In 2017, he joined the Segula Technologies engineering group as Chief of Staff to the CEO, before being appointed in 2018 Managing Director for Northern Europe (initially Sweden, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, followed by the opening of Austria, Switzerland and Hungary) and finally, at the beginning of 2020, Group Chief Transformation Officer.
