Laurent Germain, Egis Group Chief Executive Officer, strengthens his executive leadership team with the appointment of Caroline Parsons as Global Chief Human Resources Officer. This key addition will support Egis’ HR transformation and its international growth ambitions.
Caroline Parsons has been appointed Global Chief Human Resources Officer of Egis. She will join the company in early November, at a strategic time for the Group as it continues to grow, evolve its organization, and accelerate the transformation of its HR function in support of its ambition to double in size by 2029 and become one of the world’s top ten engineering firms.
Caroline will also become a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Caroline brings over 20 years of international experience in major construction and engineering companies such as Balfour Beatty, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and WSP, where she led HR functions across multiple continents.
She holds a degree in Human Resources Management, an MBA from the University of Warwick, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). With a background that combines strategic vision and a strong people focus, Caroline will be responsible for driving the Group’s HR and organizational transformation, supporting talent development, promoting inclusion and belonging, and strengthening Egis’ corporate culture worldwide.
Drawing on her deep understanding of international business environments and her belief that a strong global culture is built on shared values and respect for local realities, Caroline will contribute to positioning Egis as an employer of choice in the global engineering industry.
