The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of George Voutsinas as Regional Director for Aviation in the Middle East.
With more than 23 years of international experience in aviation project management, George brings a unique perspective shaped by his work as a consultant, contractor, and designer across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. He has successfully led major airport expansion projects, where he navigated complex stakeholder environments and fostered collaboration among diverse teams. His approach centers on team building, transparent communication, and long-term client relationships, pillars that have consistently enabled the delivery of mega projects to the highest standards.
George is also a strong advocate for innovation and sustainability in aviation. He has championed the integration of digital twins, 4D BIM, real-time data analytics, and sustainable retrofit solutions, ensuring that airports are not only delivered but also future-proofed against evolving industry demands. His experience aligns closely with the region’s strategic ambitions, particularly Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the UAE’s 2031 vision, where Egis is actively contributing to the transformation of the nations’ aviation sector.
