Egis has appointed Jon Moretta as Chief Executive Officer in the United States, reinforcing the Group's ambition to accelerate its growth across one of its most strategic markets in the Americas.
In this role, he will oversee the company's U.S. operations, supporting the continued expansion of its business, strengthening client relationships, and driving the delivery of sustainable infrastructure solutions nationwide.
Bringing more than 35 years of leadership experience, Jon joins Egis with an extensive background spanning engineering, operations, business development, technology, sustainability, and large-scale project delivery. Prior to joining the Group, he held several senior leadership positions at Parsons Corporation, where he played a key role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and overseeing operations across critical infrastructure, industrial, and federal sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex organisations, developed new business opportunities, and delivered major programmes for both public and private sector clients.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with honors.
