Egis in Poland has announced the appointment of Renata Mordak as President of the Management Board (effective from May 14th, 2026) of the business as it continues to expand its presence in the country across transportation and energy infrastructure engineering and operations.
Renata Mordak joined Egis in April 2026, as Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe and will now combine both roles as part of Egis’ strengthening of its services and positioning in the region.
As part of the leadership transition, Egis can confirm that Cezary Saganowski, the former President of the Management Board, is leaving Egis in Poland to pursue new opportunities, having played a significant role in the development of the company over the last 15 years.
With a background in economics and almost two decades of experience in infrastructure consulting and engineering, Renata Mordak has held leadership roles in transport, international projects and operational management across Central and Eastern Europe.
As part of her new role, she will be responsible for strengthening Egis in Poland, ensuring Egis can continue to respond to new opportunities in the Polish market at a time when the government is investing in nuclear power generation, defence and major projects in rail, metro and tunnels. It will also mean Egis can continue to support existing and new private clients in industrial building engineering.
