Egis has appointed Steven Scott as Regional Director of the Advisory business across the Middle East & South Asia. This strategic leadership appointment reflects Egis’ growing commitment to supporting public and private sector clients through the full lifecycle of major development and infrastructure programs, connecting high-level strategy with end-to-end project delivery.
With 34 years of experience in development and infrastructure consulting, including 18 years based in the Middle East, Steven brings a proven track record in urban economics, strategic capital planning, and complex development and regeneration. Throughout his career, he has successfully led major projects and key client relationships across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. Operating at the interface of economics, spatial planning, and capital investment, Steven’s collaborative approach has guided transformative public and private sector initiatives across the region.
Under Steven’s leadership, Egis will expand its advisory footprint across the region, delivering tailored solutions that balance technical excellence with commercial viability, regulatory framework compliance, and long-term economic priorities. .
