Egis is acquiring a majority stake in Est Signalisation, a railway signalling company based in Lorraine that works mainly for the SNCF and RATP. By completing its expertise, Egis is able to offer its clients a complete range of railway signalling services.
Founded in 1976, Est Signalisation is a family-owned railway signalling company, based in Blainville-sur-L'eau, near Nancy, in Meurthe-et-Moselle. It has around fifty employees and specialises in the installation, technical verification, connection and and maintenance of railway signalling installations and equipment in France.

Strengthening the business
With this acquisition, Egis is confirming its twofold desire to develop strong expertise in railway signalling, a key activity in the railway system, and to broaden its positioning on the value chain. Egis thus covers all project services, from the the AVP (preliminary design) phase, including technical drawings, execution studies
