Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services (SMATSA LLC) has appointed Egis to deliver strategic business planning guidance for the next 10-years which is a vital period in aviation as it ‘restarts’ after recovering from the pandemic. The strategy will be informed by the latest industry developments, SMATSA’s capabilities and the current economic environment.
The contract includes supporting SMATSA in defining a 10-year business strategy, 5-year business plan and associated investment plan to support the future direction of SMATSA as it looks to continue offering high-quality air traffic services to its customers.
