The French Tunnel and Underground Space Association (AFTES) is holding its 17thᵉ edition this year at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, from 2 to 4 October 2023.
For three days, the show will bring together the major players involved in the design and construction of underground structures and spaces. This year's event will focus on the underground as a space at the heart of change.
These underground spaces represent an opportunity to imagine and build the cities of tomorrow, and are at the heart of innovations (creation of a variety of developments, renewal of activities). The design and construction of structures is seeing the development of new approaches, particularly in the conduct of studies, digital modelling, digging and construction materials, equipment and products.
These are wide-ranging subjects, all of which will be discussed in the many talks given by our experts over the course of the three days.
Egis, designing the underground tunnels of tomorrow

We are involved in all types of underground projects, including road, rail, urban (metro), drainage, storage and underground car parks.
Our teams are currently working on a number of major projects, including EOLE, the Grand Paris Express, the Lyon-Turin rail tunnel, the Ilot Charles III project in Monaco and the underground development of Geneva station.
