Whether you want to build new structures, improve infrastructure, develop communities or you don’t yet know where your skills can take you, Egis’ Graduate Program will help you kickstart your career.
Over the two years of our Graduate Program, you will develop diverse knowledge and skills and ultimately build up the experience you need for a long and successful career. This will include on-the-job training, mentoring and formal workshops to ensure you are set up for success.
You will participate in several exciting development sessions, including Personal Branding and Networking & Communication. These will help you develop critical self-awareness and understand the core principles and values that will help you transition into the workplace and set expectations for the two years ahead.
As we move into the Building Graduate Capability sessions, we’ll look at developing your professional and technical skillset with sessions on writing winning technical documents, safety in leadership, advanced presentation skills and others.
We will then move into the Emerging Graduate Leaders section of the program where we will kick off an Innovation Challenge and Mentoring Program that will help prepare you to transition into the next phase of your career.
