Al Ghouse Road Supervision services for the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of one of Kuwait's major collector roads, including the rehabilitation and widening of 11 km of road, the construction of 9 intersections (3 Elevated) and 3 footbridges, creation of road services, and relocation of all existing utilities.
Kuwait University Al - Shadadiyah Providing Project, Design & Construction Management for the New University City for Kuwait University Al – Shadadiyah. The new 490-hectare (1,211-acre) Shadadiyah campus for Kuwait University comprises six colleges with integrated buildings, such as prayer centres, underground parking, faculty clubs etc. for its academic staff members, employees and students. All the buildings have been designed to achieve Silver LEED certification.
NBK Children hospital Project and Construction Management Services for Remodelling & Refurbishment of NBK Children Hospital (Block A) Building. Located on the plot of land of 3,000 sqm, this paediatric hospital provides treatment for children up to 12 years old with leukaemia, haematology and other oncological diseases including post stem cell therapy. The building is linked with the main paediatric hospital and is scheduled for a remodelling and a thorough refurbishment to continue to provide the highest level of the treatments to the young patients.
Boubyan bank Consultancy Services For Project Management and Construction Management Services For Boubyan Bank's Headquarter Building-Phase I-Pre Design Phase and Phase II - Design Phase. The new building will be located in Sharq in Kuwait City on a plot with an area of 3,960 sqm.
