Expanding and modernizing BMW existing automotive factory production to include electric vehicles. While asuring that the transition to the manufacture of hybrid and electric vehicles is smooth and does not affect current production.
This entails constructing a new dedicated assembly line for the electrical cars including a Battery building, and the modification of the hybrid car existing production lines.

Egis's main function was to review and control the quality of information provided by the design team. Acting as the main point of contact between the client and designers, Egis prepared continuous quality evaluation reports on the information and identified, evaluated and mitigated risks.

The project achieved a balance between aesthetics and functionality, creating a safe and attractive environment for children and staff. The modular system allowed cost-effective adaptations, improving operational efficiency. Compliance with all local building and safety regulations ensured a safe environment. Effective project management and communication reduced delays and enhanced project quality, resulting in client satisfaction.
The center features eight blocks, eco-friendly materials, and strategic layouts to maximize natural light and energy efficiency, creating a healthy, stimulating environment. The design emphasizes sustainability, community commitment, and environmental respect, setting a new standard for childcare facilities.
