The project is a 2B+2G+M+25 story mixed-use tower, comprising of retail, offices and luxury serviced hotel apartments (98 units) operated by Hilton Group, along with a separate but interconnected multi-level car parking (407 spaces) building. The project will be constructed with a total plot area of 3,621 m2. The total build-up area is approximately 55,493 m2 (including the interconnected car parking structure and services). It is located at the gateway of the Financial Harbor overlooking Bahrain Bay to the Northeast and the World Trade Center to the East.
There are several barriers effecting the implementation of sustainable development such as conventional economic development mindset with weak know-how between the industry professionals, LA lack of resources in the Bahraini market, Inadequate mechanisms and energy solutions commonly using in the Bahraini market, a lack of knowledge about the benefits of the implementation of sustainable solutions and a lack of understanding of financial opportunities of a sustainable building.
