Infrastructure and design: The project is organised into three areas: the stadium, public amenities and common utilities, and infrastructure and environmental facilities.
The south pavilion rises to ground plus three floors, while the east and west stands are ground plus one. The south pavilion is dedicated to players, with a fitness centre, team briefing rooms, changing rooms and lockers, dining facilities and 40 corporate boxes. The north pavilion houses the media and broadcast centre, set in a glass damru-shaped structure.
The main field has nine pitches and the practice ground has five. The common utilities area includes the DG room, substation, HT and RMU rooms, underground tanks, STP, watchtower and security cabins, along with external roads and soft and hard landscaping. Parking for 1,500 cars is planned within the site.
