All inclusive coverage of Brisbane’s tunnel network
The network comprises five existing urban road and tunnel assets in Brisbane, namely Legacy Way, Go-between Bridge, Inner-City Bypass, Clem7 and AirportLink M7, in total 24 kilometres of urban roads including 15.5 kilometres of tunnels.
TNS works collaboratively with Transurban Queensland to enhance customers’ experience through excellence in safe lane availability, maintenance and traffic control. As required by the client, a holistic approach of network-wide I&M drives enhanced outcomes, achieves synergies and delivers high quality services to the tunnel network users through faster response times and a clear focus on safe lane availability throughout the assets covered by our contracts.

TNS has developed a purpose-built and integrated Tunnel Network Services management system (TNSMS) for the delivery of I&M Services. The TNSMS fulfils the requirements of:
