Egis has been selected to provide comprehensive project oversight, technical supervision, and BIM support for the Boaterra Rocca project, the first residential development within the Boaterra masterplan. This project sets a new benchmark for housing in Colombia by combining high construction standards, urban design, and a vision that prioritizes quality of life and people’s connection with their surroundings.

From the outset, Egis has brought its international expertise in project management and supervision to ensure that every stage of construction is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Egis will provide comprehensive technical management of the project through:

Comprehensive project oversight throughout the execution phase.
Technical supervision of the construction works.
BIM support to optimize coordination across disciplines.
Monitoring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, schedule, and budget.
Technical coordination across the different construction phases to ensure efficient project execution.

Egis’ involvement will strengthen the project’s overall management through technical supervision supported by digital methodologies such as BIM, enabling better coordination across disciplines, timely risk management, and informed decision-making based on reliable data.

The project will be supported by an interdisciplinary team of seven specialized professionals whose experience in supervising residential building projects will help ensure quality and performance throughout the project’s execution.
