Our scope.
Egis is participating as the Project Manager for the Palm Diamante development, with the mission of providing the client with an independent, specialized, and highly skilled technical team. Our role is to implement comprehensive project management based on five key development stages, ensuring quality, timelines, and costs through effective coordination.
