An ambitious and visionary project
With a floor area of 6,900 m² on an 18,000 m² plot, this passive building will eventually house 400 workstations, spread over three levels. It will also include a 350 m² ERP area, a 294-space car park with charging points for electric vehicles, and dedicated parking for two-wheelers.
Located close to the Petit-Lamballe interchange, the building will open its doors in spring 2026, after two years of works launched in March 2024.
Eco-responsible architecture rooted in the local area
The bioclimatic design of the project achieves exemplary energy performance, without air conditioning, by taking advantage of the building's orientation, thermal inertia and the natural materials used.
Timber framing, straw-insulated facades, raw earth walls and prefabricated wood-concrete floors are at the heart of the construction system. These choices, far from being anecdotal, reflect a strong desire to experiment on a large scale with low-energy, high-performance solutions, while making the most of local resources.
