Developing our team.
One of the key factors of our success in Ukraine is our strong and growing local team — now around professionals, including highly qualified engineers and sectoral experts. We invest in our people at every stage of their career — from internship opportunities for recent graduates to continuous professional development and training for experienced specialists.
Committed to Ukraine.
Ukraine is a cornerstone of Egis Group’s 2026 strategy, Impact the Future. Despite the ongoing challenges, we remain deeply committed to supporting Ukraine’s recovery, resilience, and sustainable development. We continue to expand our local presence, expertise, and services, aiming not only to meet today’s needs but to build long-term partnerships that drive positive impact.
Our dedication goes beyond business: we actively contribute to Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts through key infrastructure, environmental, and social projects, collaborating closely with local authorities, international donors, and communities. We focus on developing talent to ensure our team delivers practical and effective solutions that add value to every project.
As the leading engineering and consulting firm in Ukraine, with a broad and diverse portfolio across sectors, Egis offers clients the confidence that their vision will be realized successfully, regardless of complexity or scale. Together, we strive to build a resilient, modern, and sustainable future for Ukraine.
