Founded in London in 1995, Soho House is an exclusive global network of private clubs designed for creators, professionals and figures from the creative industries looking for spaces to connect. Its location in Los Cabos is particularly significant as the brand’s first Beach House in Mexico and third in Latin America. Moving beyond the traditional urban club concept, the project is fully integrated into its coastal surroundings, bringing together the desert, mountains and the Sea of Cortez.

The project comprises:
- Arrival, featuring a lobby, reception, waiting areas and luggage storage.

Scope.
The Egis Group was appointed as Technical Advisor to monitor the financing provided by a financial institution for the construction of the Soho House Clubhouse, located in Cabo del Sol, Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
Approach.
The design of the Soho House Clubhouse reflects the brand’s distinctive language: indoor-outdoor spaces with a strong connection to the surrounding environment, local materials and an experience designed to bring people together by the sea.
