Applicant organisations must create an account on the Egis Impact Hub platform and register on the Call for Projects 2023 page where they will be able to fill in the expression of interest form, submit attachments and ask questions. The entire process of the Call for Projects will take place on this platform.
PHASE 1
In the first phase, project applicants will have to check that they meet the announced eligibility criteria. They will have to submit their application to the call for expression of interest, from 09 May until 05 June at 14:00, through the Call for Projects 2023 page (20 compulsory questions including 5 open questions).
PHASE 2
Successful applicants will be invited to discuss their projects with the Foundation during a 20-minute interview between 15 and 21 June 2023. Following these interviews, between 5 and 10 organisations will be selected to proceed to the next phase.
PHASE 3
Pre-selected applicants must submit a full application from 26 June (Monday) at 09:00 until 23 August (Wednesday) at 14:00. The submitted projects will be examined by a Selection Committee. Additional elements for the evaluation of the projects may be requested.
PHASE 4
All applicants who have submitted their applications in phase 3 will be invited to an interview with members of the Selection Committee between 20 September and 6 October 2023 in order to gain a deeper understanding of the project and the structure's approach. The projects will then be presented to the Board of Directors for final selection.
The final decision will be made by the Foundation's Board of Directors, which will meet between 9 and 28 October 2023.
