Egis was assigned as Technical Advisor overseeing the financing provided by a financial institution for the construction of Anima Village Shopping Center.

Project Features.
- Single-level retail units at varying elevations on platforms that leverage the site's natural topography
- "The Farm": a restaurant and specialty retail area with open-air art pavilion, integrated into a garden on natural grounds
- Landscape design that honors regional flora
- Reinforced concrete structure with modular laminated façade (terrazzo, glass, and wood panels) and water features
- Semi-underground basement level for parking
- Complementary areas: retail storage, loading dock, and operations/administrative zone
Integrated Architecture.
The design resolves natural terrain differences through connected platforms, treating topography as an active design asset rather than an obstacle to overcome. This philosophy extends to the landscape treatment, where "The Farm" and its open garden incorporate native flora as a design element. Material selection—concrete, glass, wood, and terrazzo—creates visual continuity between built structures and Cabo San Lucas's natural surroundings.
